I’ve been very fortunate throughout my career in the hospitality industry to meet some incredible people and work on a wide range of events. I take huge satisfaction in transforming enquiries into proposals and then to events that create amazing memories for all my clients- with my biggest buzz being clients coming back for repeat events.

Leading the way
I’m a huge advocate for showcasing the very best of what Wales has to offer and will be working closely with the association, corporate and agency market to achieve this.

Future features
I’m a very proud Welsh person so to have ICC Wales built on my home turf is unbelievably exciting. Wales as a destination is so accessible, it is really going to put us on the international map for hosting brilliant events. We have such a passionate and knowledgeable team here we can’t wait to extend a warm welcome to all our clients.

Dream Job
This is my dream job as I love talking to and meeting new people! I love the anticipation and excitement of busy events and career highlights for me were definitely being involved in the 2010 Ryder Cup and 2014 Nato Summit at The Celtic Manor Resort. My aim is to be an instrumental part of the best convention centre and promote this nationally and internationally.
