Danny, our Event Manager, responded exceptionally well to all queries and provided exceptional service including clarity of information throughout. Every single member of the team was approachable and friendly, and the in-house technical team were super helpful and on it! The catering was also absolutely superb, I cannot believe this is mass catering – exceptional quality. The ICC Wales exceeded our expectation, and we had high expectations from the start! I would 100% recommend the venue to others and have already started doing so.
