About the event
Simply place your order and pay online by 12pm on 20th December 2025.
Choose to pay for your order in full at the time of booking, or pay a deposit of £24.75 with the remaining full balance due by 1st November 2025.
Collection will be available between 9am and 2pm on 20th December from ICC Wales.
Please make your way to the underground car park at ICC Wales and follow the signs for the Gourmet To Go parking and signs to the collection point. Assistance will be available if required to carry your order to your vehicle.
All orders are prepared on arrival so please be prepared to wait around 10-15minutes while we put this together for you especially at busy times.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requests for our Gourmet to Go menus. Whilst every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that our kitchens are an allergen free environment, nor can we guarantee the processes used by our ingredient manufacturers. Menu items marked will contain one or more or the following allergens.

- Non-refundable deposit is required at time of ordering, full balance due by 1st November 2025. Full payment at time of ordering is also available.
- All food will be delivered in suitable containers and must be collected on 20th December.
- All items are fully prepared and pre-cooked (unless stated otherwise) and will require re-heating as per the enclosed instructions prior to being served.
- All precooked items reheat only once.
- All weights are approximate and provided as a guide only.
- Monetary Gift Vouchers cannot be used as full or part payment.
- Members discount is not applicable to Gourmet to Go product and services.
