We regularly book the ICC’s smaller meeting rooms for our offsite management meetings. Their communication is outstanding. They respond quickly, offer tips and adapt to what our requirements are. As a venue booker, I’m not at the meetings and can often feel out of touch on the day. Not here, the ICC set up a WhatsApp group on the day, so any questions are responded to and dealt with immediately. Views from the smaller meetings rooms are fantastic too!
