“I love holding events at ICC Wales and this is because of all your wonderful staff.  Nothing was too much trouble for our event manager, throughout the whole process they provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. They made some great suggestions which helped make the event a success and any query, concern or question I had was answered really quickly and followed up to ensure I had everything I needed.

The chef was accommodating to our fussy menu ideas and everyone I spoke with following the event mentioned how amazing the food was. The tech team delivered such a seamless production and all of the other staff on hand throughout the evening were incredibly friendly and helpful.

During the event a learner had a severe panic attack outside of the room. The ICC staff dealt with this amazingly. They helped calm the learner, rang for help and kept him comfortable while they waited for assistance. No one in the event was aware of this at the time due to the professionalism and quick thinking of your staff. This was above and beyond what we would expect from a venue and it enabled our event to continue smoothly.”
